TRANSPORTATION: We can arrange for a taxi to greet you at either Tortola's Beef Island Airport or the West End Ferry Terminal, if you are flying into St. Thomas, USVI.  We are also happy to arrange for you a rental vehicle.  (Transportation fees are the responsibility of our guests.) For an extra $475 per week, you can use one of our Suzuki Grand Vitara 4WD 4-door SUVs.

RESERVATIONS:  A deposit is required within one week in order to confirm a reservation.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Unlike most we DO NOT add 10-15% service charges!

 

CANCELLATIONS POLICY: For Cancellations outside 45 days prior to arrival 75% of the deposit is refunded.  For cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit is forfeited.
